Welcome to 16JORGANICS™! Please take a moment to review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are an agreement between you (the “User”) and 16JORGANICS™ (“16JORGANICS™”, “me”, or “I”), and apply to anyone accessing or using the website located at http://www.16JORGANICS.com. Your use of my Services constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and to be bound by them. I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. For this reason, I encourage you to review these Terms whenever you purchase products from me or use my Services. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use my Services.
ALL TRANSIT TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE CREATION TIME. All orders require 1-5 business days to be created. During promotional period please allow 1-8 business days for your order to be created. Due to the hand made nature of our products we have a no returns, no refund and no exchange policy.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
I use a third party, USPS to deliver your packages. My shipping charges do not any mark ups. They are reflect the USPS commercial base price rates. Once your package is collected from me, the responsibility lies with USPS. For more information please refer to my Shipping Policies.
CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order by email at LOURDES@16JORGANICS.COM. To expedite your request, please have your purchase confirmation number available. I do not gather, collect or keep credit card information, so please have a form of payment ready when you call to make adjustments to your order. I will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
REPORT AN ORDER PROBLEM
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have any other concerns, please email me at within 24 hours of placing your order by email at LOURDES@16JORGANICS.COM. To expedite your request, please have your purchase confirmation number available. I will always do my best to accommodate your needs.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NO EXCHANGES.
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
TELEPHONE ORDERS
I will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call 16JORGANICS™ at 646-245-5860 and I will provide you with product recommendations, and other information to meet your skin care needs.
PAYMENT, TAXES, AND FEES
Payment for all 16JORGANICS™ products is required by the purchaser (“you”) at time of purchase. Your items will not ship until I have received the payment in full. All customs taxes and fees incurred on international orders are your responsibility and are to be paid by you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
16J Organics™ accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Apple Pay. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe and is secured by Stripe.com. Credit card information is not stored or saved on 16JORGANICS.com. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, there by protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, I am pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call 16JORGANICS™ at 646-245-5860. In the event your credit card is declined, 16JORGANICS™, Inc. will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide 16JORGANICS™ with your new credit card number within 5 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.
As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, I advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message. Instead, I suggest that you call me directly at 646-245-5860 with your credit card information.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Occasionally I will offer special promotions to my customers that I refer to as "special offers" or "special offer". This can be free shipping, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only. I have the right to change these special offers at any time without prior notice.
INGREDIENTS
My products (just like any food) may include ingredients that you are allergic to. You should always check the ingredients listed for every product sold on the site to avoid potential allergic reactions. If you have or suspect that you have an allergic reaction or other adverse health event, promptly contact your health care provider.
