How to Use: Please start by washing it with soap and hot water by hand and rinse. You will see that the mitt will shrink; this is expected. Use your mitt wet just with soap suds (no shower gel). Start to scrub your body with long strokes and side-to-side movements after you have been in the shower for a few minutes, and your skin is well hydrated. You will see brown, dead skin with dirt coming off. Rinse off and moisturize your fresh, clean, wet skin with Green Quench.
It is recommended that you use the mitt once a week.
